Payment and delivery

Card decks are paid for online. Online payments are handled for us by the Comgate payment gateway, run by Comgate, a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. The decks are sold by David Konečný (details in the terms).

How a payment works

  1. In the game or on the home page, you tap a locked deck or a bundle and an offer opens with the price.
  2. You tick the consent to have the deck made available at once, and send the order with the "Order and pay" button showing the price.
  3. You pay by card, with Apple Pay or Google Pay right in the offer, or on Comgate's secure payment page, which also offers bank payment buttons. You confirm the payment with your bank (3D Secure).
  4. As soon as the payment goes through, the deck unlocks and a confirmation reaches you by email.

You enter your card details only in Comgate's form, and they never reach us.

Payment methods

Price and currency

Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) and are final. The seller is not a VAT payer, so no tax is added. Nothing more is charged for the payment or for delivery. The invoice for every payment is on the Account page.

Delivery

Decks are delivered electronically: a deck unlocks in your account as soon as Comgate confirms the payment, and stays there. You play it on every device where you sign in. Nothing is sent by post and nothing is charged for delivery.

Withdrawal and complaints

A deck unlocks right after payment with your consent, and the right to withdraw from the contract then ends. If a deck does not work or does not match its description, we settle the complaint within 30 days, and any money goes back the way you paid. The details are in the terms.
